Progress is the story of a team of factory workers in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa who caused the biggest upset in the history of South African club rugby. Considering transformation in South African rugby, the documentary film brings to the front the legacy of unsung heroes from the country’s dark past, and the uniting power of family, community and sport. The film was licensed by the BBC and SABC.
